Terri Lovins is an accomplished UX researcher and designer with extensive experience across multiple leading organizations. Currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher at Dayforce since September 2021, Lovins has previously held roles as a User Experience Researcher with Google Cloud and as a User Researcher at Microsoft. A strong background in academia includes a position as a Research Scientist at the University of Washington's Center for Engineering Teaching & Learning, along with various roles at UW Medicine and the Institute of Translational Health Sciences focusing on user experience in healthcare technology. Lovins also has experience as a freelance consultant, providing usability and user research services, and has contributed to the education field as a graduate teaching assistant and course co-designer. Lovins holds a Master of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering and has a Bachelor's Degree in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing.
