Donna Tedesco

Donna Tedesco is currently a UX Researcher at Zapier. Prior to this, they were with Intuit as a Principal Design (UX) Researcher from February 2019 to April 2020. Donna has also worked with Facebook as a UX Research Program Manager from September 2015 to February 2019, and with eBay Inc as a Senior User Experience Researcher from August 2013 to September 2015. Donna began their career in 2002 as a Principal User Experience Researcher with Fidelity Investments, where they worked for 10 years before joining The MathWorks as a Senior User Experience Specialist in 2012.

Donna Tedesco's educational career includes a BS in Engineering Psychology (Human Factors Engineering) from Tufts University School of Engineering and a Masters in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University.

Donna Tedesco reports to Bryan Helmig, Co-Founder & CTO. They work with Juan Vazquez - App Engineer, Kristina Kemmer - Engineering Director, and Mike Lambert - Frontend Engineer.
