David Ossip

David Ossip is a transformational technology leader and serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in building and leading successful HCM technology companies. As the CEO and Founder of Dayforce since 2009, David continues to innovate in enterprise solutions that integrate employee management with organizational performance. Prior to this role, David served as CEO/President/Founder of Workbrain from 1999 to 2007 and held various influential positions on the boards of organizations like Dragoneer Growth Opportunities Corp and Sunnybrook. David earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School between 1990 and 1992.
