Wayne Likavec is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S), regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of EH&S, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance at DayGlo Color Corporation since November 2014, Wayne supervises departments that ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant products. Previously, as the New Product Development & Quality Control Manager at DayGlo, Wayne managed quality control labs and focused on product improvement and specification data enhancement. Wayne began their career as a Summer Intern at Case Western Reserve University and holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the institution. Additional educational background includes Muskingum University and Valley Forge High School.
