John Forsbrey Jnr has held various leadership roles in the retail industry. John started their career at Waitrose in 2011, where they worked as a Department Manager for Retail Support and later became the Deputy Branch Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering key performance indicators, managing legal operations, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. John left Waitrose in 2017. In 2018, John joined Daylesford Organic as the General Manager, overseeing operations. John then progressed to become the London Regional Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Head of London Operations.
