Armaan Goyal has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Armaan began their career as a Co-Founder of Morph Edutech in 2009, during which they organized and conducted dozens of technical workshops in engineering colleges across the country. In 2012, they completed a 6-month internship program at AlphaIT world, where they learnt Advanced Java and associated technologies for software development. From 2013 to 2017, Armaan worked as a Systems Engineer at Infosys, where they were responsible for application development and maintenance for two different US-based clients. During this time, they also worked as a Business Analyst for Aetna Inc. for 6 months. From 2017 to 2021, Armaan worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at ServiceNow, where they worked with high-value customer administrators/developers in troubleshooting difficult technical issues. Armaan is currently employed as a Customer Experience Specialist 2 at Daylight.
Armaan Goyal attended the University at Buffalo from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Punjabi University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Armaan also holds two certifications from Udemy, The Complete Node.js Developer (obtained in February 2017) and JavaScript - Understanding the weird parts (obtained in December 2016).
