Krishna Upadhyaya has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Consultant for White Clarke Group, where they managed requirements and scripted XML tags onto customer reports. Krishna also worked in the in-house IT department, assisting with employee hardware requests and helping to maintain system networks. In 2009, they worked as a Project Assistant at MTO - Ministry of Transportation, Ontario, where they were involved with requirements elicitation through workshops and prototyping, designing user interfaces, creating process flow diagrams, and drafting business requirements and use case documents. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Business Analyst at White Clarke Group and then at Meridian Credit Union. At CIBC, they worked as a Business Analyst from 2017 to 2020, where they were part of the team within Finance that was responsible for product performance data, related compensation and reporting. Since 2020, they have worked at Daylight as a Client Success Executive and Project Manager, and at NexJ Systems as a Project Manager and Senior Solutions Consultant.

Krishna Upadhyaya's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from St. Aloysius College, Mangalore University, obtained between 2005 and 2008. Krishna then completed a Post-Grad Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking from Centennial College between 2008 and 2010. In 2012 they obtained a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto and also holds a Certification in Business Analysis from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
