Paul Runstedler

Paul Runstedler has over 20 years of professional experience in product management, software engineering, and technical product management. Paul began their career in 1998 as a Team Lead for Focus Automation Systems Inc., where they led a team of developers creating a new visual defect scanning product. In 2001, they joined Intrexa Corp. as a Senior Developer/Technical Lead. During their time there, they researched various mobile technologies and platforms to determine the best fit for the merchandising application. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Software Development Manager for Global Beverage Group and then as a Director of Mobile Software Development for HighJump Software, a 3M Company. In 2007, they joined Kaleidescape as a Software Engineering Manager and later as a Director of User Experience - Engineering in 2014. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Rebellion Media as a Director of Mobile and Director of Shared Services. In 2015, they began working at Miovision as a Principal Product Owner, Manager of Technical Product Managers, Technical Product Manager - ITS Video Detection, Product Manager - Traffic Engineering, and Technical Product Manager - Traffic Engineering. Paul is currently employed as a Director of Product Management at Daylight since 2021.

Paul Runstedler obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics (Honours) in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo between 1991 and 1995. Paul also has additional certifications from Pragmatic Institute, including Build - Pragmatic Marketing obtained in September 2020, and Foundations - Pragmatic Marketing obtained in December 2019. Paul also has a certification from Dale Carnegie Training.
