David Walby has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and growth. David is currently the Head of Growth at DAYMADE, where they are involved in re-imagining the lottery for Millennial and Gen Z players. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Woo, where they focused on wellness for Gen Z.

Before Woo, David worked at Wolf & Badger as the Head of Growth, contributing to the growth strategy and building a community of ethical brands and conscious consumers. David also served as the Head of Digital Acquisition at VASHI, managing performance marketing and improving the brand's communication on various platforms. Additionally, David was an Acquisition Manager at Heist Studios, leading customer acquisition efforts and migrating all marketing channels in-house.

Earlier in their career, David worked as a Biddable Account Director at Navigate Digital, where they honed their skills in managing digital advertising campaigns. David also gained experience at Harvey Nichols as a Search Engine Marketing Executive. In their early career, David worked at Unique Digital in various roles, including Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, and Intern.

David Walby attended the University of Cambridge from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Modern & Medieval Languages with a focus on French & Italian. Prior to their university education, they completed their International Baccalaureate at Whitgift School from 1999 to 2006. In terms of certifications, David obtained the Professional Cook Certification (v.1) from Rouxbe Online Culinary School in June 2021. David also received the MIPA Accreditation from the IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising) in September 2017, as well as the IPA Advanced Certificate and Programmatic certification from Econsultancy in September 2016.
