Pete Markiewicz

Pete Markiewicz is a seasoned professional in the field of user experience (UX) and design, currently serving as a US Design Instructor at Otis College of Art and Design since September 2023. With a background that includes UX and Design Consulting at CogniXR and extensive experience across various organizations such as Baid Media, Diamond, Aquity Solutions, and educational institutions including the University of Pittsburgh and Columbia College Hollywood, Pete has demonstrated expertise in developing UX strategies, conducting research, and implementing design thinking. Educational credentials include a Postdoctoral degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UCLA and a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Chicago.
