Teresa Navarro began their work experience in 2005 at Affinity Artists Agency, where they worked as a Spokesmodel & Promotions, excelling in sales and marketing. In 2014, they joined Daystrom Technology Group as a Project Coordinator, managing communication between clients and the technical team. Teresa later became Director of Customer Experience, where they developed strategies to improve client relationships and executed transformative marketing programs. In 2015, Teresa worked at Health Technology Forum as a Global Sponsorship and Co-Organizer. Teresa also had roles at Coffee & Catchup in 2016 and Jenna Gets Lost, LLC in 2017. Teresa's expertise lies in customer experience, project coordination, marketing, and sales.

Teresa Navarro attended San Francisco State University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Electronic Communication Arts. In addition to their formal education, they also attained several certifications. In 2014, they became an EVault Certified Sales Specialist through EVault. In 2016, they achieved a Certified Partner Pro status in the G-Technology Premier Partner Program offered by HGST, a Western Digital brand. Teresa also became a Qumulo Certified Storage Associate through Qumulo, Inc.
