Gary Poleskey has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Gary started their career in the United States Air Force in 1971, where they held various roles, including Colonel, USAF. In these positions, they were responsible for managing contracting operations and overseeing a workforce of approximately 1,000 people. Gary later worked at Dayton Aerospace, Inc. as Vice President starting in 1999. In 2009, they served as Past National President for the National Contract Management Association.
Gary Poleskey earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they attended from 1966 to 1970. Following that, they obtained an MBA degree in Business from Northwestern University, completing their studies between 1970 and 1971. In addition to their formal education, Gary Poleskey also attained certification as a Certified Professional Contracts Manager from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) in October 2011.
