Leisa Lemaster is an experienced professional in Configuration and Data Management, currently serving as the Owner of CM Training LML, LLC since February 2020, where successful training and consultation practices are established. Leisa has also held positions as a Configuration Management Instructor at The Configuration Management Process Improvement Center (CMPIC) since September 2020, and as a Configuration Management Consultant for Dayton Aerospace since November 2021. Prior to these roles, Leisa served as a Configuration Manager for the USAF from June 1982 to January 2020, overseeing the configuration of Medium Altitude Remotely Piloted Air Vehicles (RPAs) and managing various military programs. Leisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Park University, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
