Rachel Banks

Rachel Banks is currently a Counselor Trainee at Mahajan Therapeutics, a position held since October 2024. Concurrently, Rachel pursues graduate studies at the University of Dayton, where Rachel has also contributed as a Graduate Assistant in Retail Operations and worked as a Psychology Teaching Assistant under Professor Wallace. Rachel's professional background includes roles as a Starbucks Barista at Dayton Live and as a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Dayton, completed in 2023, following education at Northmont High School from 2015 to 2019.
