Christian Elder

Christian Elder is a skilled professional with extensive experience in youth services and education. Currently serving as the Youth Services Manager at Dayton Metro Library since October 2022, Christian previously held roles as an Employment Specialist at Youth Opportunities Unlimited and as an Education Assistant at both Entrepreneurship Preparatory School and Village Preparatory School. Christian's experience includes a fellowship at the Cleveland Museum of Art, where contributions were made to the Teaching Innovation Lab, and positions at Citizens Academy - A Breakthrough Charter School and Right At School, focusing on academic and social support for students, program management, and staff training. Earlier roles include Program Coordinator at Lexington-Bell Community Center and Front Desk Attendant at Boys & Girls Club.
