James McQuinn is a seasoned library professional with extensive experience in various librarian roles. As the Special Collections Manager at Dayton Metro Library since 1998, James has demonstrated expertise in managing specialized library collections. Previously, James served as a Reference Librarian at the University of Dayton from 1995 to 1998 and as a Public Services Librarian at Monroe County Community College between 1991 and 1995. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Information and Library Studies from the University of Michigan, a Bachelor of Arts in History from Oakland University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Library Technical Assistance from Oakland Community College.
