Jillian Brookshire

Jillian Brookshire, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and project coordination. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Dayton Metro Library since August 2022, Jillian has previously held the role of Human Resources Project Manager at Public Health - Dayton & Montgomery County from October 2019 to July 2022. Prior experience includes positions as HR Officer at Montgomery County Stillwater Center, Residency Coordinator at Grandview Medical Center, and HR Recruiter at both Graceworks Lutheran Services and Atrium Medical Center. Jillian holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Tiffin University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from AIU-Online.
