Elizabeth Jacob

Elizabeth (Libby) Jacob, PharmD, BCPS, currently serves as the Network Clinical Coordinator at Kettering Health Network since August 2020, while also holding the position of Pharmacy Residency Program Director at both Kettering Medical Center and Grandview Medical Center System. With experience spanning from March 2016 to the present in various roles, Elizabeth has established expertise in clinical coordination and pharmacy residency education. Elizabeth obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Ohio Northern University-Raabe College of Pharmacy, completing studies from 2008 to 2014.
