Ihab Elhassan

Ihab Elhassan is a trauma, acute care surgery, and surgical critical care physician at Kettering Health Network since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ihab served as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Trauma, Surgical Critical Care, and Acute Care Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from July 2015 to March 2021. Educational qualifications include a Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care from The Ohio State University College of Medicine (2015-2016), a General Surgery Residency from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (2007-2013), a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Howard University College of Medicine (2003-2007), and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (2000-2002).
