Joseph F. Nicosia

Joseph F. Nicosia currently serves as an Executive Coach for Individuals and Teams at Kettering Health, a position held since September 2021, and is a Certified Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Chief Learning Officer at Kettering Health Network from 1998 to 2021, where responsibilities included managing the Leadership Institute and preparing leaders to enhance patient care.
