Ken Chaij

Ken Chaij currently serves as the Executive Director of Network Oncology at Kettering Health Network since November 2019, overseeing strategic activities within Medical, Radiation, and Surgical Oncology and successfully recruiting three additional physicians to enhance the Kettering Cancer Care program in 2020. Prior to this role, Ken held several leadership positions at Centura Health, including Denver Metro Group Oncology Director and South Denver Group Director of Oncology Services, where responsibilities included improving clinical practices and business growth within the Oncology Service Line. Ken's earlier experience at Kettering Medical Center involved serving as the Administrative Director of Cancer Services, recognized with an Outstanding Achievement Award for exceptional care standards, and leading various marketing roles that enhanced communication and marketing strategies across Kettering Health Network. Ken holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Andrews University.
