Melissa Digeronimo

Melissa DiGeronimo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Melissa began their career in 2001 as a Secretary at Money Works, Inc., where they handled phone lines, appointments, and customer service. From 2004 to 2014, Melissa developed their own residential cleaning company, managing customers and their requirements. In 2014, they briefly worked as an On-Line Virtual Assistant at TimeOnHand Services, performing tasks such as e-mail and social networking management. Melissa then transitioned to the healthcare industry, starting as a Patient Account Representative at Kettering Health Network from 2014 to 2017, focusing on Medicare billing and Anthem denials. Melissa continued with Kettering Health, taking on the role of Commercial Specialist from 2017 to 2018, where they worked with the Commercial team on the physician side of hospital billing. Melissa then joined The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a Patient Account Specialist from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Kettering Health as a Patient Account Team Lead, utilizing their expertise in managing patient accounts.

Melissa DiGeronimo earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Sinclair Community College in the years 2013 to 2014.
