Michale Lakes is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as Medical Director for both the Kettering Health Dayton Emergency Department and the Sycamore Medical Center Emergency Department. With a career spanning over two decades, Michale has held various roles including Emergency Physician and Medical Director at Lebanon EMS, while also co-founding Medical Interface Solutions, LLC to develop software enhancing communication between medical systems. Michale’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and extensive residency training in Emergency Medicine at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Additionally, Michale contributes to innovation in healthcare as a Clinical Advisory Committee Member at Ascend Innovations ®.
