Paul Hoover serves as president of Kettering Health Hamilton. Paul began his career with Kettering Health as the director of business development for Kettering Health Main Campus and Miamisburg. Most recently he held the role of senior vice president and chief strategy officer for Kettering Health. Paul received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Adventist University and his Master of Business Administration from Webster University. He is a fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives.
