Stephanie Mitchell

Stephanie Mitchell, PharmD, currently serves as a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist at Kettering Health, where responsibilities include verifying and dispensing sterile compounds, conducting comprehensive patient chart reviews, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing therapy plans, and managing the pharmacy technician workflow. Prior to this role, Stephanie completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at UC Health West Chester Hospital, focusing on patient pharmacologic therapies and participation in multidisciplinary clinical rounds. Experience as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Pharmacy involved prescription management, customer interaction, compounding, and medication counseling. Stephanie earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Ohio Northern University-Raabe College of Pharmacy.
