Trevor Gundlach

Trevor Gundlach, MBA, MA, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Process Excellence and Project Management at Kettering Physician Network, overseeing a team and managing a diverse portfolio of over 70 projects while employing Agile methodologies. Trevor founded the Lean Empowerment System to foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement across a multidisciplinary medical group. In addition to personal work management coaching for over 160 leaders, Trevor initiated the Peer Expert Leadership Catalyst Program, promoting mentorship among peers. In previous roles, Trevor has managed significant projects that reduced no-shows in patient appointments and streamlined billing processes, alongside creating a collaborative structure for rapid process improvements. As an accomplished author, Trevor's book, "Barstool Theology: Crafting the Good Life," was released in August 2019. Educational credentials include an MBA in Project Management and an MA in Theology, alongside extensive experience in project management, coaching, and leadership development.
