Pete Yao

Pete Yao has a strong background in strategic sourcing and procurement. Pete most recently worked as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at Dayton Superior. Prior to that, they held senior leadership positions at Evenflo Company, Inc., including Sr. Director of Global Procurement and Director of Asia Operations & Quality. Before joining Evenflo, they worked as a Global Procurement Manager and a Sr. Global Procurement Specialist. Additionally, Pete has experience as an International Buyer at MeadWestvaco and as a Sourcing Specialist at Value City Furniture/ American Signature Furniture.

Pete Yao obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Later on, they pursued further education at Indiana Wesleyan University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2008 to 2010.
