Dean Kurtz

Dean Kurtz has extensive experience in guest services and advocacy within the motorsports industry, currently serving as a Senior Guest Advocate (Contract Consultant) at Daytona International Speedway since July 1999. Prior to this role, Dean held the position of Chief Guest-Services Officer at both Daytona International Speedway and Penske Motorsports Inc. Dean's earlier career includes multiple roles at Penske Corporation and service as a police officer with the Wyomissing Police Department. Academic credentials include attendance at Pennsylvania State Police Academy, Penn State University, and York College of Pennsylvania.
