Stephanie Koven

Stephanie Koven has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Care Specialist at Daytona International Speedway since December 2012. In this role, Stephanie assists guests in creating memorable experiences during races and events. Previous positions include Cashier at Sears Holdings Corporation from November 2008 to September 2012 and Assistant Manager at Enchanted Gardens Florist from October 1997 to June 2007. Stephanie pursued studies in Business Administration and Management at Daytona State College from 1998 to 2004.
