Mayya Muftakhetdinova

Mayya Muftakhetdinova has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Mayya is currently employed at Daytrip as a Senior Operations Specialist, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at the same company from June 2022 to February 2023. From November 2019 to May 2022, Mayya worked in customer service at The Real Property Club. Mayya also served as a Tour Coordinator at VOX Travel from January 2017 to March 2020. Mayya's experience in sales management at Pegas Touristik from September 2018 to November 2019 allowed their to develop skills in customer issue resolution, customer rapport building, and upselling. Mayya also gained problem-solving abilities in handling stressful situations. In their role as Bar Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from September 2017 to September 2018, Mayya completed a manager training course and received recognition for their exemplary performance. Mayya Muftakhetdinova completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Anglo-American University, Prague, from the years 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, they attended Metropolitan University Prague, where they studied International Relations and European Studies.
