Tracy Gesini

Tracy Gesini has a wealth of experience in project management, product ownership, and other related roles. Tracy began their career in 2007 as an Assistante Back Office at Oddo & Cie. In 2010, they held a Projet Industriel - Stagiaire Consultant role at Covivo and a Projet d'Innovation role at DECATHLON. In 2011, they were a part of the Groupe France Industrie & Emploi. From 2013 to 2016, Gesini held a Chef de Projet role at Galeries Lafayette, where they were responsible for the growth of the e-commerce activity in the logistics department. Tracy then moved to Rue Du Commerce, where they were a Chef de Projet AMOA / Product Owner - Back Office - DSI from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they organized the IT Back Office team and managed multiple projects. From 2017 to 2019, Gesini was a Responsable Projet AMOA at Drouot Digital, where they acted as an interface between the business, the direction, and the technical team. Tracy was also responsible for the product improvement, analyzing customer behavior to meet their needs. Most recently, Gesini has been a Project Manager at Dayuse.com since 2019.

Tracy Gesini studied at Lycée Jacques Decour from 2007 to 2010, obtaining a Licence 1 in Classes préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles - Physique Sciences de l'ingénieur. In 2011, they obtained a certification in Analyse fonctionnelle et Analyse de la valeur from the Association Française de l'Analyse de la Valeur. From 2010 to 2013, they attended ENSGSI, where they earned an Ingénieur Généraliste degree in Gestion de Projet et Marketing de l'innovation. In 2012, they participated in an ERASMUS program at ETSEIB Barcelona - Université de Catalogne, studying Organisation industrielle et innovation.
