Shivam Kumar is a seasoned Salesforce professional with a robust background in functional consulting and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant at iLink Digital since June 2022, Shivam also holds the position of Salesforce Functional Consultant at Dazeworks Inc. since January 2022, where Shivam previously worked as a Salesforce Business Analyst from February 2019 to December 2020. Shivam Kumar earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) between 2015 and 2019.
