Keely Banks is an experienced payroll and reward professional currently serving as SVP Global Payroll and Reward at DAZN Group since December 2018, following a tenure as VP Global Payroll & People Services. Prior to DAZN, Keely held various payroll management roles at Perform Group, where responsibilities included managing payrolls across the UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. Keely's career began at ADP as a Payroll Specialist, handling multiple payrolls for global clients, and continued at EdenGroup as a Payroll Associate focused on recruitment agency payrolls. Keely's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Strategic Leadership from Loughborough University and a high school diploma in Business Administration and Management from Collingwood College.
