Caroline Souza

Caroline Souza is an accomplished architect currently serving as Principal and Associate at David Baker Architects since February 2014. Previous experience includes roles as an Editorial Team Member at SOILED Magazine, where contributions involved selecting and marketing submissions, and as a Designer at Urban Works, focused on innovative building solutions in low-income neighborhoods. Early career positions included an Architectural Intern at HOK Chicago and Behnisch Architects Inc., contributing to design and construction documentation. Caroline Souza also supported education as a Teaching Assistant for a 2nd year Design Studio at the University of Idaho. Caroline holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Idaho.
