Nicola Kemp has extensive work experience in the legal field. Nicola began their career as a Junior Paralegal at DWF in 2011, working in the Banking and Finance Practice Group and the Debt Recovery Department. Nicola then became a Trainee Solicitor at DWF in 2014, rotating through different seats such as Corporate, Real Estate, and Corporate Banking. After completing their training contract, Nicola joined DB Cargo (UK) Limited in 2016 as a Legal Counsel, specializing in rail and transport law. Nicola later became a Senior Legal Counsel and is currently the Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the same company. Additionally, Nicola has also worked as an In-house Representative at the Leeds Junior Lawyers Division from 2016 to 2019.
Nicola Kemp completed their education in law with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The University of Sheffield, specializing in Law, European and International. Nicola also studied at Utrecht University, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in European and international law.
