Rohan Kapoor has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rohan started their career as a Graduate Software Engineer at Reliance Energy from 2005 to 2007. Rohan then worked as a Senior Consultant at NHS from 2007 to 2011. At Enzen, they served in different roles including Senior Manager, Program Manager, and worked on Technology Strategy and Analytics. Rohan also delivered a digital transformation roadmap for a major water company in the UK. Rohan then joined National Grid, where they held roles as IT Director for Digital Transformation and Technology Strategy for Group Functions. Rohan led the delivery of complex technology initiatives, including developing a complete technology stack for a new business. Currently, they serve as the Chief Transformation & Digital Officer at DB Cargo (UK) Limited, responsible for implementing transformation and digital strategies across the company's 200 sites.

Rohan Kapoor holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Industrial from Nagpur University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Rohan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Birmingham City University between 2007 and 2008. In 2018 to 2019, Rohan furthered their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies, with a focus on Blockchain, AI, Cloud, and Cyber Security. In 2021, they attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where they completed a program in Executive Leadership, focusing on Organizational Leadership. Additionally, Rohan has obtained several certification including the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) from APMG International, and certifications in ISEB- Business Analyst and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
