Paresh G. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Paresh started their career at Adobe Systems as a Computer Scientist, where they played a significant role in designing and developing Adobe's flagship publishing software, InDesign. Paresh later became the leader of the engineering team responsible for ePub creation out of InDesign.

After leaving Adobe, Paresh joined hike messenger as the Director of Engineering, where they focused on mobile technology and led teams to deliver a near real-time messaging experience.

In 2015, Paresh founded BIG Academy, a mobile app that helped students prepare for government jobs. The app was optimized for low-end phones and poor network conditions. BIG Academy was later acquired by Career Power, India's largest player in competitive exam preparation.

As the Co-founder and CTO of Adda247 (Career Power), Paresh was responsible for leading the technology vision and execution. Paresh played a crucial role in building the engineering team from scratch and architecting the tech stack to scale to millions of users across web and mobile platforms.

Paresh G. began their education at Aditya Birla Public School, where they studied science from 1984 to 1998. Following this, they attended Sangeet Kala Kendra from 1990 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Music degree with a focus on the violin. Finally, they attended the National Institute of Technology, Bhopal from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E) in the field of Computer Science and Engineering.
