Jens Huelsermann

Jens Huelsermann, PMP is an experienced professional in rail planning and project management, currently serving as Lead Rail Planning Advisor at DB E.C.O. North America Inc. since August 2023. Prior roles include Director of the Taiwan Branch and Senior Project Manager & Track Expert at DB Engineering & Consulting, where Jens contributed to various significant projects, including the Kelana Jaya LRT Line and multiple MRT, LRT, and HSR projects across Southeast Asia, California, and Australia. Jens has a strong background in contract management, design coordination, and business development, holding senior positions at companies such as Colas Rail Asia Sdn Bhd, SMOE, and EIFFAGE. Jens holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering, Construction Management, and Infrastructure from Bochum University of Applied Sciences, alongside certifications as a Draftsman from the Chamber of Industry & Commerce and Georg Kerschensteiner Business College.
