Peter Son

Peter Son is an experienced analyst in rail operations, currently employed at DB E.C.O. North America Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Peter held two planning intern positions at Amtrak, focusing on simulations and carbon accounting, where valuable contributions included modeling infrastructure expansions and tracking energy profiles for sustainability reporting. Educationally, Peter earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Rutgers University. Additional experience includes roles as a research assistant, legislative intern, and development intern, showcasing a strong background in data analysis, community engagement, and project management.
