Elisa Holle

Elisa Holle is currently serving as Kaufmännische Projektsteuerin & Teamassistenz Baumanagement Süd at DB Engineering & Consulting since February 2024. Previously, Elisa worked as a Zahntechnikerin at Hörmann Zahntechnik from November 2014 to November 2019, where responsibilities included processing oral-scanned data, training new colleagues in CAD, supervising interns, procuring raw materials, managing inventory, and engaging in CAD design and 3D printing. Elisa completed a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Business from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt in 2023 and wrote a thesis on "New Work and the Challenges of Integrating New Employees - An Empirical Analysis" during an internship at IAW Institut für Akademische Weiterbildung. Additional education includes a degree as a Zahntechnikerin from Elbe Dentaltechnik Magdeburg and a qualification as a Technischer Fachwirt in accounting and business from Handwerkskammer Magdeburg. In 2023, Elisa also graduated as a Social-Media-Managerin from Business Academy Ruhr.
