Charmaine Bourbon

Charmaine Bourbon is the New York Vice President overseeing the Brooklyn Workforce1 Career Center, a city-wide service offered thorough the NYC Small Business Services to prepare and connect qualified candidates to job opportunities in New York City. She leverages her strengths in strategically linking business goals and shaping organizational culture, supporting ongoing business innovation and performance, and developing talent towards the achievement of placing over 3,000 candidates annually. Charmaine also leads Grant’s Community Partnership Professional Working Group. Since joining Grant Associates in 2013 as part of the Back2Work Business Services department, she has held various growth positions across three contracts. Her career spans more than 20 years working in human resources management across multiple industries including financial services, hospitality, technology, and staffing services.
