Pintso Topgay

Pintso Topgay is Vice President overseeing the Queens Workforce1 contract based in Jamaica and its two satellite centers. The Queens Career Center is consistently rated as one of the top performing centers in the New York City Workforce system based on employment outcomes, serving more than 30,000 customers. He also has oversight of the NYC Business Solutions Center in the Bronx, an entrepreneurial assistance program. From 2008-2018, Pintso was on the board for the Lower East Side People’s Federal Credit Union (LESPFCU), one of the largest Community Development Credit Union, in the nation. Pintso has a master’s degree in Public Administration, from Baruch College, where he was selected as the Kaufman fellow for the North Brooklyn Empire Zone. He is also a certified professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
