Ellen Sparks

Ellen Sparks is the Manager of Sales Operations, Enablement & Partner Alliances at DB Results Pty Ltd. Ellen has over three years of experience in leadership advisory, executive search, and client relations.

Ellen began their career as a Client Relations Associate at Lawson HR Group. Ellen then transitioned to Executive Officer & Client Associate at NGS Global, where they were responsible for program management and delivery support activities for a portfolio of client accounts. In their current role at DB Results Pty Ltd, Ellen manages sales operations, enablement, and partner alliances.

Ellen Sparks has a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University, a Master of Communications from Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Deakin University. Ellen also has a Certificate in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants, and a certification from OutSystems in Associate Sales Certification.
