Javier Cardalda Corpas has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2021, they began working as an IT Senior Program Manager for DBAccess. From 2017 to 2021, they worked for Dufry Group as an IT Service Delivery Manager and IT SAP Global Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing the Supply Chain One Order Model for EMEA in SAP Retail, F&R, MM, SD, Customs and POS, as well as controlling and overseeing incidents and SLA's with internal support teams and external nearshore/offshore support vendors. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an IT Project Manager for KEYLAND SISTEMAS DE GESTION. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an IT Project Director for Axpe Consulting, where they managed a 25+ people team. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an IT Program & Services Director for FYC Grupo. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an IT Project Manager for Indra. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Entrepreneur for eHealth Franchise Development for Franquicia de Medicina Ocupacional (Besac). From 1997 to 2011, they worked for DBAccess as an IT Program & Services Director, IT Project Leader and Software Developer. Finally, from 2011 to present, they have been working as a Software Engineering Professor for Universidad Simón Bolívar.

Javier Cardalda Corpas has an extensive education history. Javier completed a High School degree from La Salle La Colina between 1978 and 1990. Javier then completed an Engineer degree in Computer Science from Universidad Simón Bolívar between 1990 and 1996. In 1999, they completed a Post-Grade in Business Administration with a focus in Innovation Management from Universidad Simón Bolívar. In 2002, they completed a Diploma in Business Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2013, they completed an ISTQB Basic Course in Software Testing Practices from FYC Grupo. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: SCRUM: Metodología de gestión y desarrollo de proyectos de software from Dicampus in November 2020, and MSF Pratitioner from Microsoft in September 2002.
