Anderson Donas

Anderson Donas has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Anderson began their career as a System Analyst/Developer at Compuletra in 2000 and later transitioned to Grupo Meta, where they served as a Service Manager for Internet Business. At DISYS, they held the position of Practice Manager, Application Development, supporting business opportunities and implementing process improvements. Anderson then joined NTConsult Tecnologia e Consultoria as a Project and Account Manager, responsible for managing software projects and resources. Anderson later worked at Meta as an Operations & Presales Manager, proposing technical solutions and managing software operations. Prior to their current position as Head of Operations at DBC Company, they worked as a Project Delivery Manager at GAVB. Anderson has expertise in various methodologies, including PMBOK, Function Point Analysis, CMMI, and SCRUM.

Anderson Donas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management in Digital Businesses from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidade La Salle. Anderson completed their high school education at Colégio Luterano Concórdia, with a focus on Data Processing. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including PMP (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) from the Scrum Alliance.
