Robyn Furness-Fallin

Robyn Furness-Fallin, CFRE, is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and philanthropic development across various organizations. Currently a Senior Consultant at DBD Group since April 2020, Robyn specializes in crafting effective fund development strategies for various institutions. Prior roles include Vice President for Development & Alumni Relations at Oglethorpe University, where engagement and philanthropic support were key objectives, and Senior Vice President & Chief Development Officer at YMCA of the USA, focusing on enhancing fundraising effectiveness across 900 local YMCAs. Robyn has held several leadership positions within the YMCA network, including Executive Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at the YMCA of Silicon Valley, and Chief Development Officer at Metro Atlanta YMCA. With a BA in Education/History from McDaniel College and further studies in Human Resources Development at Goucher College, Robyn combines educational expertise with strong leadership in nonprofit fundraising initiatives.
