Aleksandra Mratinković

Aleksandra Mratinković is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager at DBeaver since June 2024, following a similar role at WMS d.o.o. from December 2023 to May 2024. Prior to these positions, Aleksandra worked at Yandex as an Adaptation & Employee Experience Specialist from November 2022 to November 2023, and at Hygge Software as a Human Resources Generalist and IT Recruiter between January 2021 and October 2022. Aleksandra holds a Master of Arts in Russian Language, Literature, and Culture from the University of Belgrade, completed from 2015 to 2020, and graduated from Sixth Belgrade Grammar School in 2015.
