Katherine Newman

Katherine Newman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, communications, and journalism. Currently serving as Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant at dbHMS since July 2021, Katherine previously held the role of Development and Communications Coordinator at Southside Center of Hope from November 2019 to July 2021. Katherine has also worked as a General Assignment Reporter for the Chicago Citizen Newspaper Group and as an Art and Culture Reporter for Cincinnati CityBeat. Additionally, an early career position included a Social Media and Marketing internship at Come2BCN, SL. Katherine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Cincinnati, completing the degree in 2016.
