Emma Withers

Emma Withers is an experienced Litigation & Appraisal Manager at DBI Consultants, where responsibilities include creating comprehensive packages for various property damage claims. Previously, Emma worked as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager, focusing on cost estimation and support for appraisal cases. Prior to DBI Consultants, Emma served as a Consultant Engineer II and I at FM Global, conducting high hazard property loss prevention visits and producing customized risk reports. Emma's career began at the U.S. Geological Survey, where involvement included the digitization of geologic maps. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech College of Engineering.
