Dwayne Byrum

Dwayne Byrum is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, healthcare, and philanthropic management. Currently serving as a Bridge Tender at DBi Services, LLC since July 2020, Dwayne operates and maintains various moveable bridges for VDOT. From June 2012, Dwayne has been the Director of the Frodo-San Clan: Paws Helping Paws, supporting animal rescues across the USA and Japan. Prior experience includes roles as Medical Manager and Direct Support Professional at Independent Perspectives, Inc., caregiver for Congressman Herbert E. Harris, II, and ownership of No Weeds Landscape & Design. Dwayne also held various managerial positions in sales and project coordination, including significant contributions to the Washington DC Convention & Tourism Corporation. Dwayne's educational background includes a high school diploma from Tabernacle Christian School, specializing in Visual and Performing Arts.
